The online demo uploads your selected images or face crops for processing by our servers and authorized GPU workers, or the configured external provider. Inputs and results may be stored for processing and recovery. Only results you explicitly choose to publish are submitted to the public wall for review. We use session cookies, account information and hashed request identifiers for credits and abuse prevention. We also use a persistent browser cookie to prevent referral reward abuse; it remains after sign-out and expires after one year. Contact support to request deletion. Processing in the Windows desktop app is separate from this online service.

II. Rules of Use

Do not use this feature to create or distribute images or videos containing violence, pornography, terrorism, or other illegal or harmful content. 2. Comply with laws and regulations a. Do not use this feature for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, and invasion of privacy. b. Do not use this feature for any commercial purpose unless you have the relevant authorization. c. Do not use this feature to generate illegal or harmful information. Otherwise, we have the right to report it to the competent local public-security authority in accordance with the law. 3. Use reasonably and avoid misuse a. Do not overuse this feature or use it in a way that causes distress or harm to others. b. Do not use this feature for conduct that may cause social controversy or adverse effects.

III. Risk Notice

1. Technical risks a. This feature uses artificial intelligence and may have technical limitations, such as unnatural face-swap results or recognition errors. b. Images or videos generated with this feature may be identified as false content. 2. Legal risks a. Using another person’s likeness without authorization may constitute infringement and result in legal liability. b. Creating or distributing false information, defamation, insults, discrimination, or similar content may be unlawful and result in legal liability. c. Make sure that you are authorized to use every image or video you add. You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from infringement of another person’s portrait rights or other related rights through unauthorized images or videos.

1. Users bear all responsibilities and risks arising from their use of this feature. 2. The platform is not responsible for the authenticity or legality of images or videos generated by users with this feature. 3. The platform may supervise and manage the use of this feature, and take corresponding measures, as required by applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

1. The platform reserves the right to amend and interpret this usage notice. 2. This usage notice takes effect on the date it is published.
